Who We Are

As You Like It Heating and Air Conditioning was established in 1995 by owner Michael Menard Sr. After serving in the Navy for five years, Mike and his wife Beckie moved here from his hometown of Meriden, Connecticut to start a family. He began his career as a parts driver for a local HVAC company and worked his way up to Lead Technician. From there he opened the family owned and operated business you see today. Two of their three children are working as integral parts of the company. Mike Jr. heads the fabrication department and youngest son Luke works in field services. Founded on the principles of hard work and honesty, As You Like It Heating and Air Conditioning prides itself on its integrity. "AS YOU LIKE IT" means the customer is always right!
