As You Like It Heating and Air Conditioning was established in 1995 by owner, Michael Menard Sr.  After serving in the Navy for 5 years, Mike and his wife Beckie moved here from his hometown of Meriden, Connecticut to start a family.  He began his career as a parts driver for a local HVAC company and worked his way up to Lead Technician.  From there, he opened the family owned and operated business you see today.  All three of their children are currently working as integral parts of the company.  Mike Jr. now heads the fabrication department, daughter Mandy handles all administrative duties and youngest son Luke has joined the team in the field services.  Founded on the principles of hard work and honesty, As You Like It Heating and Air Conditioning prides itself on it's integrity.  "As YOU like it" means that the customer is always right!
